General contracting

General Contracting on Long Island

Interior renovations of every size, with the planning, trades and finish work coordinated by one team you can reach directly.

One point of contact, start to finish.

Most renovations involve several trades working in a particular order: demolition, framing, plumbing and electrical rough-in, waterproofing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, trim and paint. When one step slips or is done poorly, everything after it suffers.

As your general contractor, we plan that sequence, coordinate the qualified trades the work requires and hold the whole job to the same standard. You get one team accountable for the result and one number to call.

No project too big or small

A new tub surround counts, too.

Not every job needs a full gut renovation. Some of our projects are a single tub and tile surround, a powder room refresh or a new floor in one room. We bring the same care to those as to a complete kitchen, within the kitchen, bath, basement, flooring and interior renovation work we do.

Scope

Clear about what we do.

We focus on interior residential renovation: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring and the carpentry and finish work around them. We don’t take on roofing, additions, pools, foundations or new-home construction, and we’ll tell you up front if a project falls outside what we do well.

How we work

A clear process, from first visit to final walkthrough.

  1. 01

    Initial Consultation

We meet at your home, look at the space as it is today and talk through what isn’t working, what you’d like to change and the budget you have in mind. You’ll get honest feedback on what’s realistic.

  2. 02

    Planning & Material Selection

We help you settle the layout and choose cabinetry, tile, countertops, fixtures and finishes, with recommendations based on how each material holds up in daily use. Your estimate reflects the scope you approve.

  3. 03

    Renovation & Installation

Demolition, rough work, waterproofing, installation and finishing, with qualified trades brought in where the work requires them. We keep you informed as each stage wraps up and the next one begins.

  4. 04

    Final Details & Walkthrough

Trim, caulk lines, hardware alignment, grout haze and touch-ups get handled before we call it done. Then we walk the space with you and address anything you want looked at again.
