This policy explains how Modern Touch Contracting (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through moderntouchcontracting.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

When you submit our project inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, town or ZIP code, project type and the description you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate and communicate with you about your project.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Spam protection

Our form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile may process limited technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the contact form or phone links are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on or your browser’s cookie settings.

Hosting and logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the website.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting project, and as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve sent us by calling 516-605-2340.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
