Massapequa sits on Nassau’s South Shore, and many of our projects are a short drive away in communities like Seaford, Bethpage and Farmingdale. We also work regularly farther north, in places like Hicksville and East Hills.
Nassau’s housing stock is varied: postwar capes and ranches, split-levels, colonials and older homes on the North Shore. Many still have original kitchens and bathrooms, or basements that have never been finished. Those are exactly the projects we do.

Do building requirements differ between Nassau towns and villages?
They can. Nassau has dozens of incorporated villages in addition to its towns, and requirements can vary from one jurisdiction to another. We take your specific location into account when planning a project.
