Massapequa, NY
Our home base. Kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations for homes in Massapequa, Massapequa Park and the neighboring South Shore towns.
Modern Touch Contracting is based right here in Massapequa. For 10 years we’ve renovated kitchens, bathrooms and basements across Long Island, and the Massapequa area, from the Village of Massapequa Park to North and East Massapequa, is where we’re closest.
Much of Massapequa was built out in the decades after World War II, and a lot of those homes still have their original kitchens and bathrooms or a basement that’s never been finished. Updating them well means working with the house you have: its layout, its plumbing and, near the water, its flood-zone status. As a licensed and insuredgeneral contractor, we plan all of that before work starts and coordinate every trade the job needs.

This Massapequa shower is finished in white large-format tile with a pebble mosaic floor, a rain head, a handheld shower on a slide bar, a recessed niche and a grab bar. Clean, bright and easy to keep that way.

Yes. Modern Touch Contracting is based in Massapequa and has worked in homes across Long Island for 10 years. Massapequa and the neighboring South Shore towns are close to home for us.
Yes. We work throughout the Massapequa area, including the Village of Massapequa Park, North Massapequa and East Massapequa, as well as nearby Seaford, Wantagh, Bethpage and Farmingdale.
It depends on where you live. Homes in the Village of Massapequa Park fall under the village; Massapequa, North Massapequa and East Massapequa are unincorporated parts of the Town of Oyster Bay. Requirements can differ, so we take your exact location into account when planning.
It can, especially for basements and other below-grade work, and for larger renovations. Homes near the canals and the bay are more likely to be in a mapped flood zone. Tell us your address up front and we’ll factor it into what’s realistic for your project.
